Return Policy

Bayly, Inc. warrants head-wear against defects in materials or workmanship.  Any such confirmed defects will be corrected by Bayly at its factory following prior clearance by Bayly, Inc. with instructions for return shipment of head-wear.  Damaged shipments or goods must be reported with photo and description within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for refund. Warranty inquiries as per the conditions above can be submitted to: hats@baylyinc.com
